Role: GENERAL MANAGER
Our client, an innovative security firm providing a range of security services, personnel and solutions to enterprises and corporate institutions seeks to fill the position of a General Manager. Below are details of the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive security strategy programs that cover prevention, detection and response of security issues or threats.
- Provide leadership and co-ordination of operational targets on all security projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of security projects and ensure all objectives and targets are met within the defined period.
- Create and ensure an enabling environment that maximizes and empowers deployed security employees’ productivity
- Ensures optimum Service Agreement Levels for all outsourced critical performance activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years proven security management industry experience
- Experience with Outsourced Security services added advantage
- A good university/HND degree in Business Administration, Humanities and/or Social Sciences
- A relevant professional security qualification and/or post-graduate degrees (e.g. MBA) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to diagnose a security threat or risk situation
- Good project execution and management skills
- Positive attitude to learning new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
