Role: GENERAL MANAGER

Our client, an innovative security firm providing a range of security services, personnel and solutions to enterprises and corporate institutions seeks to fill the position of a General Manager. Below are details of the ideal candidate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive security strategy programs that cover prevention, detection and response of security issues or threats.
  • Provide leadership and co-ordination of operational targets on all security projects.
  • Coordinate the implementation of security projects and ensure all objectives and targets are met within the defined period.
  • Create and ensure an enabling environment that maximizes and empowers deployed security employees’ productivity
  • Ensures optimum Service Agreement Levels for all outsourced critical performance activities

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years proven security management industry experience
  • Experience with Outsourced Security services added advantage
  • A good university/HND degree in Business Administration, Humanities and/or Social Sciences
  • A relevant professional security qualification and/or post-graduate degrees (e.g. MBA) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose a security threat or risk situation
  • Good project execution and management skills
  • Positive attitude to learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
