Role: HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMIN MANAGER
Our client, an innovative security firm providing a range of security services, personnel and solutions to enterprises and corporate institutions seeks to fill the position of a Human Resource & Admin Manager. Below are details of the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and implement appropriate strategy for HR management and development appropriate for a security firm (including recruitment, discipline, grievance, payroll administration, training and development, performance appraisals and quality management issues).
- Monitor and ensure all core and outsourced staff adhere to company policies and follow through with disciplinary measures in the event of violations.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development
- Provide oversight and coordination of all administrative needs for non-core outsourced personnel.
- Create and ensure an enabling personnel development environment that maximizes and empowers deployed security employees’ productivity
- Ensures optimum Service Agreement Levels for all outsourced critical performance activities
Requirements
- A graduate in any of the art or social science related fields.
- An MBA or relevant professional qualification (such as CIPM) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in a hands-on Human Resource and administration environment.
- Knowledge and insights of current trends in HR and proven innate ability to lead teams for optimal performance.
- Must possess sound organizational, administrative and managerial skills as well as good people management and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of outsourcing laws, labor laws, government regulations etc.
- Excellent communication skills
