Our client, an innovative security firm providing a range of security services, personnel and solutions to enterprises and corporate institutions seeks to fill the position of a Regional Supervisors. Below are details of the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising all out of station security staff in regional locations
- Oversee the operations of regional branches of the security firm
- Guide, train and manage outsourced staff and security guards on ground at client locations and disseminate company wide information.
- Assemble, document and prepare performance reports on any abnormal security occurrences on job locations for presentation to Head Office
- Monitor outsourced security staff for proper adherence to of culture and branding image of security company.
- Co-ordinates regional outsourced staff activities and ensures shifts scheduling is adhered to
- Ensures all client stations are adequately manned and staffing levels are adequate to maintain full coverage at posts.
Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification
- Minimum of 6years cognate working experience of which at least 2 should be in a supervisory capacity.
- Working experience within an outsourced Security environment is an added advantage.
- Residence and geographic knowledge of at least one of the six geo-political zones is mandatory.
- of Knowledge and insights of current trends in HR and proven innate ability to lead teams for optimal performance.
- Must possess sound organizational, administrative and supervisory skills as well as good people management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
